To all of our Classic Lanes Facebook Followers, Guests and League Members:
Classic Lanes will close its operations again beginning Sunday Jan. 3, 2021 and will re-open upon removal of COVID ordered restrictions affecting league bowling and the reinstatement of on-premise Food/Beverage Sales.
This was a very difficult but necessary decision that reflects the serious reduction in sales volume that we’ve experienced during the COVID crises and particularly since the government eased their latest shutdown order allowing Bowling Centers to re-open on December 21, 2020.
Bowling Centers were given permission to re-open but with conditions that limited our service capabilities and offerings – including requiring same household only lane grouping, which has effectively impaired our ability to offer league play.
We (entertainment businesses) are one of the hardest hit industries that have been affected negatively by COVID shutdowns and restrictions. Owing to these unusual circumstances, and the lack of viable sales - our plan is to re-open when restrictive operating conditions are sufficiently restored, thereby allowing for league play and food/beverage sales.
Our current forecast is for the restrictive mandates to ease on or about January 15, 2021. As such, we have rescheduled our winter league starts to begin the week of January 18, 2021 or later.
We truly apologize for this inconvenience and hope that everyone in our community and our dedicated and caring staff members remain healthy and secure until we can resume operations as described above.
Thank you all for your patronage, patience and understanding.
